The project was conceived, designed, and funded by Nielsen Technical Services located in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA.

Version 2.03

Phase One

Phase one of the project will consist of free public surveys that will gather data and opinions from the public on the topic of mesothelioma. No personal information will be collected or recorded. The information can and will be provided to anyone that is interested in the results. Any information that could be used to identify those taking the survey, such as computer IP address, will not be made public, nor will it be sold or shared with anyone.
